SOFTSELLING

Mario Garcia calls them compact newspapers. Well, we've always been tabloid-sized - 11x17. But how do you softsell a tabloid? Isnt that an oxymoron? Maybe Mario Garcia's use of the term compact can take the stigma out of tabloids. We're just tabloid in size but never in content. we're not trashy, sensationalizing, rumor-mongering daily. In fact, we're very much like the broadsheets as far as our content is concerned. We're compact long before Mario redesigned and resized the San Francisco Examiner and countless others. Soon here, we will post the pages that marry the look of tabloids and broadsheets
